14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging, including all accompanying materials provided with your order
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns requested outside of the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send your return until you receive return instructions from us.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
In these instances, BUTTONIQ STUDIO will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of both the item and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will gladly work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Customized or personalized items
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Lost Return Shipments
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order.
BUTTONIQ STUDIO is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and accompanying materials provided with your order. Items that do not meet these conditions may be ineligible for a refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
